We understand that sometimes plans change. Please read our policy carefully to understand the terms and conditions for cancellations, modifications, and refunds. By booking with Sundarban Darshan, you agree to this policy.
Cancellation by the Customer: –
If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing via email. The following refund schedule applies based on when we receive your cancellation notice:
More than 30 days before the trip: You will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits or service fees.
15 to 30 days before the trip: A 50% refund of the total trip cost will be issued.
7 to 14 days before the trip: A 25% refund of the total trip cost will be issued.
Less than 7 days before the trip: No refund will be provided.
Modifications: –
If you wish to change your trip dates or switch to a different package, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that all modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional costs, which will be your responsibility.
Cancellation by Sundarban Darshan: –
In the rare event that we must cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances, such as natural disasters or other events beyond our control, you will be offered a full refund or the option to book an alternative trip.
No-Shows & Unused Services: –
No refunds will be provided for no-shows or for any services (such as meals, accommodation, or activities) that are unused once the trip has started.
Refund Processing: –
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days and returned via the original payment method.
Travel Insurance : –
We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance. This will help protect you against financial loss from unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen events.
