Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions form the basis of your agreement with Sundarban Darshan. By booking a tour or using our website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms.
Definitions: –
“We”, “us”, “our” – refers to Sundarban Darshan.
“You”, “your”, “traveller” – refers to the person booking or participating in the tour.
“Tour” – refers to any travel service, package, or activity provided by Sundarban Darshan.
Booking & Payment: –
- To confirm your booking, you must provide all required personal details and pay a deposit or full payment as specified during the booking process.
Payments can be made securely online or via approved payment methods.
Final payment must be received by the deadline stated at the time of booking. Failure to pay on time may result in automatic cancellation without refund.
Prices & Inclusions: –
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and may change without prior notice.
Your booking covers only the services and amenities explicitly stated in your itinerary.
Any extra services, activities, or personal expenses not mentioned are your responsibility.
Health, Conduct & Travel Documents: –
Health & Fitness: Some tours require physical activity. You are responsible for ensuring you are fit to participate.
Conduct: All travellers must behave respectfully towards the environment, culture, staff, and fellow guests. We reserve the right to remove any person from a tour, without refund, for inappropriate or disruptive behaviour.
Travel Documents: You are responsible for carrying valid identification, passports, visas, or any other documents required for your trip. We are not responsible for any losses due to incomplete or invalid travel documents.
Changes & Cancellations: –
By Sundarban Darshan: We may change or cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, transport failures, or events beyond our control. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or an alternative trip.
By You: Cancellations or changes are subject to our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Liability & Insurance: –
We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, or additional costs caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, transport issues, pandemics, or weather conditions.
Our liability will never exceed the amount you have paid to us for your booking.
We strongly recommend, and may require, that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, delays, lost belongings, and medical emergencies.
Website Use & Intellectual Property: –
- All content on our website, including logos, photos, text, and designs, is our property and protected by copyright laws.
- You may not copy, use, or reproduce our content without written permission.
- While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all website information (including prices and availability) is free from errors or omissions.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction: –
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be handled exclusively by the courts in West Bengal, India.
Updates to Terms: –
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services or website means you accept the updated Terms.
